In today's episode Kehla decided to bring forth her knowledge about integrity & why this matters & is important AF when it comes to racism. She discusses in depth what integrity is, what it's not & how to restore integrity.
She decided to share this distinction as a tool for when people have caused harm, been racist, discriminating - you name it - so that as a collective the perpetrator(s) can put aside their feelings, emotions, justifications, excuses, privilege & handle the impact of the situation from an empowering context.
It's 2021, we're many decades, centuries deep into unnecessary recurring harm being done to BIPOC and marginalized folks. This podcast episode is an opportunity to unlearn old behaviours, actions, beliefs so that the integrity of the human collective can be restored & true healing can begin.
